I have just finished a particular project aimed at what makes you happy, it was surprisingly a good project that allowed me to think about all the things that actually do make me happy.
In the end I ended up creating 4 different postcards with two pieces that I had created by sewing the entire outline and painting in the odd bits of colour.
I chose to use Portland Bill - Weymouth as my first design, a lighthouse isn't what makes me happy but its the fact when I was younger I would go there nearly all the time with family and old friends, never a dull moment was cherished there.
The second creation was using the same sewing technique but of Punch & Judy - Weymouth, once again its the story behind it that makes me happy, spending my time with family I don't see or pay have passed away. I use to sit on the sand in front of the Punch & Judy stall, waiting for the clock to strike and for the show to begin.
